Joe - Owner and Builder
My journey in fishing began along the banks of the Pigeon River at the age of 6 wearing a cowboy hat far too big for a child and a fly rod in my hand . With nearly three decades and 2,200 miles between then and now, I’ve developed my life and career around fish and the wild places they call home. Now, rod building has provided me with an opportunity to pursue my passion in a different way; through others’ experiences and hearing the stories behind how you connect with your fish.

Hemi - CFO (Chief Fish Officer)
Every company has a story, and ours begins with our 13-year-old black lab—the soul of our rod-building family. He may not handle the books, but as Chief Fishing Officer, he carries far more important responsibilities: reminding us why we fish in the first place.
Fishing has always been his favorite pastime, a joy he’s shared with us on countless mornings by the water. Watching his tail wag at the first cast is a reminder that fishing isn’t just about catching—it’s about slowing down, being present, and cherishing the moment.
At 13, he’s taught us more about patience, loyalty, and love for the outdoors than any manual ever could. Every rod we build carries a little bit of that spirit, and we’re proud to honor him as the heart behind our craft.

Marshall - Branch Manager
Marshall has served as Branch Manager since joining the team, where he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to operational oversight and workplace stability. While he shows limited interest in fishing-related activities, he excels in the areas of vigilance, team morale, and strategic napping.
His leadership style is marked by consistency, loyalty, and an unwavering focus on maintaining order. Marshall’s contributions—though unconventional—have become an integral part of our company culture.
In his free time, he enjoys light exercise, routine inspections of the premises, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
